Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions

To ensure full understanding of these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings indicated below, whether used in singular or plural form:

2 Conclusion and Effectiveness

2.1. The contract is concluded when the User fills in the order form in full and confirms the purchase, indicating personal data, chosen Product, price, taxes if any, payment method and delivery/receipt method.

2.2. The User will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout, containing a summary of the order and the links for downloading the digital materials.

2.3. In the absence of such confirmation, the contract is not to be considered finalized.

2.4. The Owner reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will apply to purchases made after the publication date.

3 Access and Account

3.1. In most cases, the purchase of the Product does not require account creation; access is delivered via email. Where registration is required, the User shall provide accurate data.

3.2. The User is responsible for safeguarding access credentials and for any actions performed through their account.

3.3. The Owner shall not be liable for unauthorized use of the User’s credentials.

4 Digital Product Purchase

4.1. The Products available on the Website are mainly digital (PDF manuals, checklists, printable kits, training content) and delivered via download link.

4.2. The User acknowledges that images or mockups shown on the Website are for illustrative purposes only.

4.3. The Owner may refuse an order if: (i) the Product is temporarily unavailable, (ii) payment is not authorized, (iii) there is a clear pricing error. In this case the User will be informed and any amount paid will be refunded.

5 Prices and Payments

5.1. All prices are expressed in USD (or the currency displayed at checkout) and may be converted in local currency by the payment provider.

5.2. Payment is due at the time of order and may be made through the methods made available (credit/debit card, PayPal or other gateways).

5.3. The Website uses third-party payment processors; the Owner does not store payment card data.

5.4. Any refunds, where applicable, will be issued using the same payment method used by the User.

6 Delivery of Digital Products

6.1. Delivery is considered completed when the Owner sends the email containing the download links or access instructions to the email address provided by the User.

6.2. The User is responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address.

6.3. If the User does not receive the email within 10–15 minutes, they shall check Spam/Promotions folders and then contact support at Support@NaturalDisasterDefense.com.

7 Right of Withdrawal

7.1. Since the Product is a digital product delivered immediately, the User expressly agrees to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may not be applicable after download/access, pursuant to art. 59, lett. o) of the Italian Consumer Code.

7.2. However, the Owner may offer a satisfaction guarantee, as indicated on the sales page of “Natural Disaster Defense – Typhoon Edition™”.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1. All content, texts, layouts, images, checklists, frameworks and methods included in “Natural Disaster Defense – Typhoon Edition™” and in the Zero Panic System™ are the exclusive property of SNAP S.r.l.s. or used under license.

8.2. The User receives a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal/family readiness purposes. Resale, republication or distribution to third parties is not allowed without written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1. The information provided in the Product is of an educational and organizational nature and does not replace civil protection authorities or official emergency communications.

9.2. The Owner shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data or improper use of the Product by the User.

10 Privacy and Cookies

Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and the Privacy Policy available at:

11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For Consumers, the competent court is the one of the Consumer’s residence. For other Users, the competent court is Rome, Italy.
